SK and HSK are the standardized interfaces for tool changes. Besides the clamping sets, Rohm have a number of complete systems based on them. And there’s more: With our built-in clamping heads, Rohm offer standardized modules with which large tools can be connected to the processing machine quickly and easily. There are our clamping heads in various sizes for pallet clamping of clamping devices in the machine tool.
Rohm mandrels and collet chucks are used for clamping most rotationally-symmetric workpieces for cutting or grinding machining on machine tools or machining centers. Furthermore, they are used on measuring machines for high-precision clamping. Due to their rather small clamping range, they are used for mainly similar geometries. They can be clamped quickly and above all with a high level of (repeat) accuracy.
Rohm with the self-centering steady rests, RÖHM makes an important contribution to supporting slender turned parts on turning machines and meets all requirements for a large clamping range without change elements, a short and sturdy design, high centering precision and repeatability, as well as precision stability for clamping pressure changes and central lubrication.
