Efficient application of traditional fixtures
In the era of automated machine tool loading and unloading, the demand for manual clamping devices by enterprises has never changed. Schunk's manual vise is a powerful tool with high precision and convenient use. In actual production, it does not require pre compression, adjustable clamping range, integrated quick change interface, and rich model selection, making Schunk's vise products widely used.
The schunk manual vise can be used in conjunction with the VERO-S zero point quick change system, and the clamping device can be completely replaced within seconds. The flat design of the vise does not take up space, and when combined with a quick change system, it is particularly suitable for automated solutions with workpiece storage positions.
The self centering KSC vise is a multi-purpose tool that can be used to clamp blank materials, plates, or profiles. The pre tightened and clearance free center bearing and additional installed slider ensure a repeatability accuracy of up to ± 0.01 mm. The KSC clamping depth is small (3mm), and it can be clamped in a clamping system for multiple processing. The integrated chip removal outlet and special protection of the spindle can provide process safety.
KSC vice has good sealing performance and adopts dual seals (as shown in the figure: 1-bearing seal; 2-drive screw seal). The center is centered with double-sided bearings, making it easy to operate and with extremely high centering accuracy (± 0.01 mm).
Single action clamping vise: The advantages of the KONTEC KSC-F single action clamping vise lie in the fast setting of the clamping range, flat design, and light weight. At the same time, it adopts a double screw drive design, with large pitch positioning and small pitch clamping (the wrench can be turned 160 ° to clamp). There are three specifications: KSC-F 80, KSC-F 125, and KSC-F 160.
Double clamping vise: KONTEC KSC-D is a lightweight flat dual station vise that can insert, fix, and clamp two workpieces side by side. The trapezoidal thread is used, and the operator only needs a small amount of force to convert it into a high clamping force. This vise is fully nickel plated and corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for long-term use in tray systems or fixture towers.
The KSX with fixed claws is a powerful vise designed specifically for five axes, which can adjust the clamping force between 5 and 40 kN, ensuring safe clamping even when the clamping surface is small. The positioning surface with a height of 211 mm ensures that after the workpiece is clamped, the spindle can be machined from multiple faces. Simply rotate the operating lever once and the workpiece can be clamped in less than a second, with strong vibration resistance and high repeatability accuracy. Due to the high base of the vise, the locking drive mechanism is close to the jaw position, which can greatly reduce bending load and ensure reliable clamping force.
The torque can be adjusted by hand, without the need for additional tools. The force on the workpiece can be preset from 5 kN to a maximum of 40 kN. The advantage is that the clamping force is the same every time, so the clamping has extremely high repeatability accuracy.
5-axis adjustable center vise: The maintenance free KONTEC KSX-C comes with two jaws that can be accurately moved using a laser scale. The driving device and adjustment mechanism of the vice are completely sealed, preventing debris, dirt, and coolant from entering it. KSX-C offers three sizes, with clamping ranges ranging from 14 mm to 378 mm, 448 mm, or 578 mm.
